Dear Sherry and the entire Alpha-Omega staff, I would like to personally thank you for the loving care you provided for my father at Lakewell House in Mineral Wells. Man 0 Man, I don’t know what we would have done without you guys in the final days. I guess we would have just been tortured watching him painfully die. On March 18, my father passed away while in hospice care at your facility. I just wanted to convey that your entire staff during our family crisis was phenomenal in the way they treated our father.
